Cancellation Policy
All Clients are required to provide the spa with a credit card to hold on file. Cancellations of less than 24 hours will be charged a 50% fee of total scheduled services. No Call/ No Show will be charged 100% of scheduled service. Member cancellations of less than 24 hours will forfeit their facial and have the option of basic add-on the following month. Groupon cancellations of less than 24 hours will have their Groupon redeemed by the spa and will forfeit the option to use the service. **SATURDAY APPOINTMENTS CANCELLATION POLICY** If you have a Saturday appointment scheduled, you are required to give us 48 hours notice. Less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service total. Less than 24 hours notice for a Saturday appointment will be subject to pay 100% of anticipated services.
