Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be rescheduled up until 24 hours in advance. Changes made to appointments within 24 hours will be subject to pay 50% of scheduled service. No show to appointments will be charged 100% of scheduled service. If using a coupon, cancellations within 24 hours will result in losing the promotional value of the coupon. The coupon will maintain the cash value. If you are a no show, and using a coupon, the coupon will be redeemed and no cash value will be honored.
