With a natural gift for leadership and a passion for client care, she ensures that every guest experience is seamless and every team member is empowered to deliver their best. Her commitment to excellence and attention to detail define the OUI standard.

When she’s off the clock, you’ll likely find Katrina hitting up craft shows and Costco on the weekends with her husband — and when it’s time to unwind, her go-to cocktail is a really good margarita.

With 7 years of professional skincare experience, Marcella combines skill, knowledge, and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve radiant, healthy skin. Originally from Franklin, PA, she is also an expert waxer, known for her precision, comfort-focused technique, and ability to put clients at ease. Her personalized approach ensures every treatment is tailored to fit her clients' unique needs, delivering both results and relaxation.

Outside of the treatment room, Marcella loves catching live concerts and cheering on her favorite teams at a good Pirates or Riverhounds game.
